By applying and/or continuing your membership you confirm that you understand and agree to all terms and conditions that follow. We reserve the right to modify this agreement at any time. Members will be informed of major changes via email. Continued participation in Aduality following any changes in our terms constitutes acceptance of said changes.

Relationship of Parties
Aduality members are not employees. Nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between Aduality and its members. Members do not have authority to make any offers or representations on behalf of Aduality.

Traffic Quality
Publishers sending traffic that falls into any of the following categories are subject to earnings deductions or immediate termination depending on the severity of the problem:

• Incentivized Clicks: Any clicks that result from direct or implied incentives.
• Automated Clicks: Traffic generated (fully or partially) by automated software of any kind.
• Blind Traffic: Any method that causes the member to click or display a web page without choosing to. Also any method that tricks a user into visiting a page they did not intend.
• Proxy Traffic: Traffic resulting from open proxy servers. Any affiliate sending an unrealistic amount of this traffic will forfeit their account.
• Limit Defeation: Any methods used to get around traffic quality controls including IP switching and browser manipulation.
• Framed Traffic: Clicks cannot be sent contained in an external frame. We consider violation of this policy to be a sign of incentivized clicks.
• Non English Websites: All traffic must originate from a website written in the English language.

Promotion
We have a zero tolerance policy for SPAM of any kind. Members may not promote their links through unsolicited email, newsgroup postings, or any other public venue where advertising is not specifically permitted. Additionally, members may not make false or exaggerated claims while promoting Aduality. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of membership.

Warranty
Aduality membership does not include or imply any warranty or guarantee of any kind.

Limitation of Liability
Aduality will not be liable to current or former members for loss or damages of any kind. By signing up you attest that you completely understand the program and waive all rights to direct or indirect legal action against Aduality.

Service Termination
Aduality reserves the right to terminate individual membership or our entire service at any time and for any reason. Upon termination the remaining balance in an account is forfeit with the exception of funds deposited for bidding purposes. All incidents are thoroughly investigated before any decision is made.

Content
Aduality reserves the right to remove or modify site content (including bidded listings) at any time. Aduality is not, however, responsible for content submitted by advertisers. If you find offensive or illegal content at our site, please inform support.

Privacy Policy
We will never share your personal information with a third party without first obtaining your express permission. Additionally if, during the course of your membership, we somehow obtain naked pictures of you, we promise never to sell them on eBay.
